Privacy Policy
We store your email, name, team memberships, and game activity to operate the game. Team manager accounts also have a securely hashed password; we do not store the password itself. If you choose text notifications, we also store your verified mobile number, notification preferences, consent timestamps, and delivery records.
Cloudflare hosts the app and database. Resend delivers emails. Twilio verifies phone numbers and delivers SMS and shared group MMS messages. These providers receive the information needed to perform those services, including destinations and message content.
We do not sell mobile numbers or share mobile information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share information with service providers only as necessary to operate these services. If you separately join a team's shared results thread, your phone number and replies are visible to its participants. Teams with the same texting players share one conversation; results include the team name.
You can choose email or remove your phone number in the "Your phone" account menu to stop receiving future texts. Delivery records may retain previous destinations and messages for operational troubleshooting. Removing your number cannot delete messages or information already delivered to other people or retained by messaging providers. Contact your team manager for help with your account or privacy questions.
